1. The Nature of Personalized Keepsakes
At Seven Daily Grace, we take pride in creating unique, custom-made faith tools specifically for you. Because personalized items (items with custom names, dates, or bespoke designs) are uniquely yours, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for these products unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Damages and Issues (Our "Grace" Guarantee)
We want your sacred keepsakes to arrive in perfect condition. Please inspect your order upon reception.

Damaged Items: If your product (especially fragile items like ceramics or crystals) is damaged during transit, we will send a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Defects/Errors: If we made an error in the personalization (e.g., a spelling mistake that differs from your order notes), we will provide a corrected replacement immediately.

] within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging.
3. Non-Personalized Items
For items that are not personalized (e.g., standard journals or non-engraved decor):

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Cancellations
Since our production team begins the crafting process shortly after an order is placed (within our 3-7 day production window), cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of order placement.
5. Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
