2. Processing & Production Times

Because we specialize in personalized, one-of-a-kind items tailored specifically for you, our fulfillment process includes a dedicated production phase:

  • Custom Production: For custom-engraved or bespoke items, please allow 3–7 business days for our craftsmen to finalize your personalization.

  • Quality Inspection: Every piece undergoes a strict quality check to ensure the craftsmanship is as unique and flawless as your faith.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer reliable worldwide shipping from our production center. All orders include tracking so you can follow your journey.

4. International Shipping & Customs

  • Tracking: You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number once your package is dispatched.

  • Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Address Accuracy

To ensure your sacred gifts arrive safely, please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Since many of our products are fragile (such as crystals and ceramics), we take extra care in packaging. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
