By visiting our website, placing an order, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your place of residence to make a purchase. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for all purchases and account activity and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.
2. Products and Faith-Inspired Content
Seven Daily Grace offers personalized gifts, devotional items, wedding keepsakes, rosaries, home decor, and other faith-inspired products. Product photographs and descriptions are presented as accurately as reasonably possible. Colors and scale may vary depending on your screen, and handmade or natural materials may show variations in shape, texture, color, finish, or placement. These variations are part of the character of the product and are not necessarily defects.
Our products and editorial content are offered for personal, commemorative, decorative, or devotional use. They are not a substitute for guidance from clergy, a religious institution, a medical professional, or another qualified adviser. Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, products are not represented as having been blessed by clergy or approved by a particular church or denomination.
3. Personalized and Custom Orders
You are responsible for reviewing all names, initials, dates, wording, colors, and other personalization details before submitting an order. We will generally produce personalized items according to the information you provide. After production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
We may contact you if personalization instructions are incomplete, unclear, inappropriate, technically impractical, or potentially infringe another person’s rights. We may pause, decline, or cancel the affected order if we cannot obtain clarification or complete the requested customization responsibly.
4. Orders, Acceptance, and Cancellation
Your order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order. We may reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, pricing or inventory errors, unavailable materials, incomplete personalization, payment failure, or misuse of the Services. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled item.
We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per person, household, account, payment method, billing address, shipping address, or order.
5. Prices, Payment, Taxes, and Duties
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and other fees will be shown at checkout when available.
You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method selected at checkout. For international orders, the recipient may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges imposed by the destination country unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Production and delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. Delays may occur because of personalization, carrier operations, customs processing, weather, incorrect addresses, or events outside our reasonable control. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after fulfillment begins.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged-item claims, and personalized-product eligibility are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review that policy before purchasing. Any rights available to you under applicable consumer protection law remain unaffected.
8. Intellectual Property
The website and its content, including our brand name, logos, product designs, personalized embroidery concepts, artwork, photographs, videos, text, graphics, layout, and original creative materials, are owned by or licensed to USA 7DAILYGRACE INC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
